1. CLEAR
Gently blow nose to clear nostrils. Shake the bottle well and remove protective cap.
If first time use or after a period of non-use, prime the spray by spraying several pumps into the air.
2. TILT
Insert spray tip into one nostril while closing the other nostril with your finger and tilt your head slightly forward. Nozzle should be pointed towards the upper part of the nasal cavity.
3. SPRAY
To spray press down firmly on the nozzle, whilst gently breathing in through the nostril. Repeat to required dose.
4. REPEAT
Repeat steps 2-3 in the other nostril. Remember to wipe the tip clean with a tissue before recapping and store upright.

Further tips for using RHINOCORT® Spray:
- Avoid pushing the nozzle too hard or far into the nose
- Don’t blow your nose or sniff hard after spraying to avoid loss of medicine or deposit in the throat
- Do use saline spray or irrigations to wash out your nose, if using, before using Rhinocort®
